With a career spanning over two decades, Liska first started in the mortgage industry and transitioned into the real estate sector. Liska’s dedication to her profession led her to be recognized as ‘Rookie of the Year’ by Keller Williams Southwest, a testament to her exceptional work. I can be very particular, and she worked closely with me to help find a home that truly met both my needs and wants. She literally handpicked homes for me based on things I had specifically expressed, not just the usual automated search list, which made a huge difference. There were hiccups along the way that were out of our control, but she helped me persevere through them and made sure we were always on the same page about expectations. Her vast experience in the industry, including working on the lending and signing agent side, made me feel safe and confident throughout the process. I always knew what to expect with financing requirements, and she clearly explained each document that was presented at closing. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process. She stayed late with me at signing, made sure I had my keys in hand, and was supportive through every step, especially when things felt overwhelming. Even after closing, she continues to be available and willing to assist me however she can. This was a very personal experience, and I never felt like just another lead or sale. As a first time homebuyer, I felt informed, advocated for, and truly cared for.
